Delivery and Shipping
No shipping fee will be assessed to orders coming from Denmark and or Sweden.
Please note that we do not ship to Japan - Purchase your desired watch here:

Please also note that shipping to the Russian Federation is unfortunately not possible at the moment due to suspension on the import of non-document shipmens to private individuals within the Russian Federation.
Please notice that VAT is included in all visible prices in the shop for EU member countries.

Order Status
Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information.
Once you have completed entering your address and credit card information press “submit” and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please print this document and save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on this e-mail confirmation, please e-mail us right away at: sales@nooncopenhagen.com and please state your order number.
Returns
noon copenhagen wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 14 days period. To receive a refund, your item must still be in it’s factory sealed packaging, unopened or tampered with. Out of box or repackaged items may be returned but are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item.

Damages and Claims
Please inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has been found, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. noon copenhagen will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery. You must contact noon copenhagen at e-mail: returns@nooncopenhagen.com within 24 hours to report damage if any.
